My cakes are unique, adventurous and most importantly, delicious! Designed to push the flavour boundaries of your typical cake - the eating experience should be as much of an event as the cake itself.

To make a great-tasting cake it all starts with using real and authentic ingredients. All eggs are free range, maple syrup and vanilla is real, chocolate is NZ made 100% Rainforest Alliance. All cake components (except the florals of course) are made from scratch in my home-based kitchen in Ōtepoti, Dunedin.
